Ordering & Payments
Ordering from A Kids Life is quick and easy using our on line shopping cart.Payment is easy by credit cards and direct bank transfers. We do accept cheques if arranged prior. Please contact us if you have any queries.
A Kids Life Limited reserves the right to alter prices. The price confirmed at the time of ordering however will not be altered. Please note that all quotes are exclusive of freight, postage and packaging charges.
Full payment must be received by the seller before the goods can be shipped to the buyer. All prices are GST exclusive.
Exchanges and Refunds
Every now and again you may purchase something that may not be quite right.Please notify us within seven working days so we can resolve the problem.
The item needs to be returned in the original packaging with original tags attached. We can offer an exchange or credit note. No refunds will be given on a non faulty product. We do not refund any freight charges.
Goods leaving the A Kids Life premises are adequately packed. Claims for any lost or damaged items will need to be made against the carrier personally.
If a faulty product is received a 100% refund will be given happily if requested. Please contact a team member at A Kids Life
Sold out Products
If you have purchased a product that has since sold out, we will contact you within 24hours. We will have an expected delivery date for you. If you are not happy with the wait we will be happy to fully refund and cancel your order.

A Kids Life Limited is committed to exceptional customer service and will not share your personal information with any third party. In some circumstances we may contact you to share our newsletter and nofify you with speacials and an update on new exciting products.
